This is a direct bolt in Upgrade intercooler for the 03-09 dodge 2500-3500 5.9/6.7 Cummins. Much Larger Bar and Plate center core that flows better and takes longer to heat soak. The inlet and outlet are BOTH 3.5″ factory is 3.0″ so if you are not running 3.5″ intercooler pipes and boost boots you will need to select the boost boot option. This is the intercooler we recommend to all of our customers for trucks that are Towing a trailer every day trying to keep their EGTs cooler. To guys that are wanting to make 1500hp and are racing or sled pulling. We have had great luck with them and have done back to back testing on a 700hp truck. Factory intercooler made 700whp and the On3 intercooler without any other changes brought it up to 728whp. Also dropped 18 degrees of temperature on each side of the intercooler.
